I started my career in the helping profession in 2002 as an Employment and Training Counselor in a small town just west of Lake Tahoe. Since then, I’ve earned my B.A. in Psychology and my M.A. in Counseling Psychology. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from those with severe mental illness using DBT to those with severe substance use disorders. I have training in Solution-Focused Therapy, TF-CBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, among other treatment modalities.

I work with clients dealing with trauma, grief, anger, fear, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other emotional and behavioral conditions, using evidence-based practices tailored to each individual. My services are available for adults 18 and older, and they aim to help people heal from adverse experiences, develop new coping skills, and achieve their life goals.
