Want to Join the Hub?

Community members in both Coos and Curry counties advocated for an easier way to identify and schedule with local Behavioral Health Providers. Through the support and cooperation of community partners, this FREE online network is finally here!

How Does It Work?

If you would like to have a profile on the Hub, the first step is to complete the “Provider Survey”.

Once completed, please use the “Profile Build” button to download instructions for the creation and submission of your biography and headshot.

After these materials are submitted and reviewed, your profile will be created and it will appear in the regional directory.

You will be notified once your profile is live and asked to review it to ensure you are satisfied with the results.
