Mental Health Therapist

I am a Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA). I am seeing patients within private practice. I work with adults 18 years of age and older. I have a Master of Social Work and specialize in treating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, and trauma. I have experience working with individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness and families involved in the foster care system. I utilize therapeutic techniques and interventions within cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness. I provide a strength-based, integrated approach between behavioral and psychodynamic approaches to help identify and address my client’s specific and unique needs.
