Meg Mitchell is a Qualified Mental Health Provider (QMHP) at Waterfall Behavioral Health Center. Meg holds a Masters in Applied Psychology from Pacific University. Meg has worked for over a year with diverse adult individuals through a trauma-informed, strengths-based lens. Meg has training and experience with evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Meg is committed to working with folks from all walks of life to empower them to meet their goals.
