Kelli Bosak is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) on the Behavioral Health team at Three Rivers Health Center (TRHC), which is owned and operated by the Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians. At TRHC, Kelli is the Lead Behavioral Health Therapist and a Clinical Supervisor. Kelli provides services at TRHC for patients across the lifespan as a Behavioral Health Consultant in primary care and as a Psychotherapist with 10+ years of experience using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness practices, and Trauma-Focused Interventions (EMDR, Prolonged Exposure) for chronic health and mental health conditions. Kelli is passionate about helping people identify their values and make progress in their journey to living a meaningful life.
