Feel more peace and equilibrium in your body/mind/spirit with a variety of resiliency resources. Collectively we face eco-anxiety, shared grief and trauma, and heightened uncertainty with the extinction of predictability with our climate. Need a safe, nurturing, trauma-informed space to process past trauma or current stress in your life? “Getting ready to be ready” to push the restart button with a radical reinvention of self in the clearing created by major life transitions? We all need love, care, support, people who’ll listen to us, while gently, compassionately holding us accountable to our self-set goals. Karen’s therapy groups provide authentic community, solid support, and skilled facilitation with emotional safety as a foundation for transformation.
