Psychiatric Provider

I started my nursing career as a CNA in 2005 then went to Southwestern Oregon Community College for my Associates degree in nursing, which was completed in 2008 where I took a job as an RN at Bay Area Hospital. I stayed employed there working in numerous areas until July of 2020. 

I completed a Master’s degree in Nursing Education in 2013 and taught courses at Southwestern Oregon Community College. These courses including working with the nursing program as a clinical and lab instructor. From there I went on to receive a Post’s Master’s degree at Maryville University with a 4.0 for my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I passed my boards in December of 2019, and have been in private practice since March of 2020.

Currently I see patients that are 12 and older and can provide both telehealth and office visits. I do some talk therapy and CBT, but my focus is on medication management, where I can treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and others.

My husband and I live on the Oregon coast. We enjoy fishing, kayaking, and anything outdoors.
