Erin Spier is a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice. She’s has owned and operated Creative Roots Therapy, LLC since 2014. Since graduating from Eastern Virginia Medical School with a Masters in Art Therapy and Counseling in 2007, she has worked with children, families and adults in Coos County to help reduce the impact of trauma and provide support for other mental health diagnoses including ADHD, depression, anxiety, attachment concerns, CPTSD, and Autism. She has further training in EMDR, Nurturing Parenting, Collaborative Problem Solving, and will soon be trained in Neurofeedback. Erin applies a brain-based, neurobiological perspective to help her clients have a better understanding of how and why they experience the world the way they do, and to help guide them in finding strategies that make sense in reducing their symptoms and distress.
