Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Tyler is from rural Winnemucca Nevada and moved to Coos Bay in 2022 after graduating from the University of Utah with a doctorate degree. She loves rural communities and has experience serving in many different areas of healthcare including hospice, ICU, home health, and oncology. She provides medication management, psychotherapy, and EMDR with a passion for treating mental illness from a trauma-based perspective. Through healing trauma, she believes mental, physical, and emotional pain can be released and true wellness can emerge.  She enjoys spending time with her family, walking the beach, chocolate, coffee, reading, snowboarding, and expanding consciousness. She is excited to be a part of the Waterfall team and to serve the community.
