Debbie Kirby received her MSW from LSU in 2000 and is a practicing LCSW at Coastal Center headed into her 24th year as a child and family focused therapist specializing in working with those having experienced trauma and life changes. At the organizational and community levels she works to provide professional development and child abuse prevention through consultation and training. Debbie firmly believes in the inherent strengths within every individual, family, organization and community, and actively taps into those while supporting folks through challenging times.
