Autumn is a Nurse Practitioner Specialist in Oregon. She has been providing care as a nurse since 2003.  She became passionate about caring for others as a child, watching her parents and family care for her grandmother in their home. Autumn has over 13 years of diverse experiences, taking a role in helping others, especially vulnerable populations.

Autumn graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 2017 with honors, as an MSN to become an Nurse Practitioner (NP). Autumn specializes in mental/behavioral health, urgent, primary care, geriatric and aesthetics. She utilizes a functional and holistic approach, taking great pride in finding ways to improve access to care and support for communities that experience great deficits and gaps in care.
