Ashley Phillips, PMHNP-BC

Ashley Phillips was born and raised right here on the Oregon Coast. She is an avid fisherman and enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active with her children. Ashley has an extensive 18-year background in healthcare. She received her Master of Science in Advanced Practice Nursing specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health at Frontier University. Prior to that she attended Linfield college in McMinnville and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Ashley is enthusiastic and committed to providing culturally competent mental health care to all patients aged 6 and up, with a personal passion in improving mental wellness in children and patients with special needs.

Ashley is trained and certified to provide Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). TMS is FDA cleared in treating treatment resistant major depressive disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and smoking cessation among others.

Ashley provides mental health evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy with the goal of symptom remission and enhancing quality of life.

Currently accepting patients ages 6 and up.

*Recently certified CARS assessment for suspected Autism in children.
