Amanda has been working in the field of mental health for over twenty years, specializing in work with families and children, with an emphasis on trauma and attachment.  Amanda is licensed in Oregon, California, Kentucky and Ohio, with a focus on delivering services that utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Somatic Experiencing Therapy.  Amanda is calming, engaging, empathetic, strength-based, and solution-focused in her approach to assisting people heal from adverse experiences, learn new coping skills, and reach their goals in life.
