Donna has been with Waterfall since November 2021. She has extensive experience working with addictions, domestic violence and issues related to childhood trauma. She brings a deep understanding of what it means to be trauma informed and whole heartedly embraces the idea of compassionate inquiry asking “can you tell me what happened to you.”

She received a master’s degree in Counseling Education in 2011 from California State University, Sacramento. In 2021 she left Sacrament for the Oregon Coast “to be near the water.”
